There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Holmes, Olson, and Seaton: Page 1, lines 2 - 3 (title amendment): Delete "to circulate a petition for a ballot initiative, or to influence the outcome of an election concerning a ballot initiative," Insert "filed with the lieutenant governor or to circulate a petition for a statewide ballot initiative" Page 2, lines 2 - 3: Delete "filed with a municipal clerk under AS 29.26.110," Page 2, line 3: Delete "an" Insert "a statewide" Page 2, lines 3 - 5: Delete "or, subject to (b) of this section, to influence the outcome of an election concerning a ballot initiative," 2012-04-06 House Journal Page 2245 Representative Holmes moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Kerttula objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 347(JUD) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection.
